1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 06, s. 2026 titled “Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment”, this Division hereby informs the field of the attached DepEd Order, for information and compliance of all concerned.
2. This dissemination aims to update the field on the new policy that consolidates various guidelines from all DepEd issuances aimed at protecting learners from any incident related to learner rights and protection (LRP) concerns. In view thereof, all public and private School Heads are directed to ensure the proper dissemination and integration of the provisions of the attached DepEd Order in the planning and preparation for the forthcoming opening of classes.
