1. In line with the conduct of the National Career Assessment Examination for SY 2016 – 2017 to Grade 9 students on March 1 to 2, 2017, this Office announces the schedule of Distribution and Retrieval of the NCAE Test Materials at the City Schools Division Office on the following dates…
2. All School Heads/School Testing Coordinators shall accomplish the Oath of Confidentiality upon receipt of the assessment/ test materials from the Division Testing Staff. They shall be held responsible for the smooth conduct of the assessment/test as well as in
safeguarding the integrity of the test administration.
3. Retrieval of the Test Materials shall be on March 2, 2017. It is implicit that the test materials shall be kept unsealed yet safe in schools after administering the tests scheduled for Day 1. Sealing of the Examiner’s Transmittal Report Envelope (ETRE) shall be done on March 2 after all the tests for Day 2 have been administered.
4. Moreover, School Heads as well as the Testing Coordinators shall see to it that the original carton and plastic bags containing the NCAE Test Materials received are the same packing and test materials returned to the Division Testing Coordinator.
5. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
