1. As the Division continuously improves the development and quality assurance of learning resources, the Curriculum Implementation Division-Learning Resource Management and Development section shall conduct the Batch 2 of the Online Course on the Development and Quality Assurance of Gender- Responsive Learning Resources. This online course, which will be available until July 31, 2024, aims to develop awareness in gender-responsive education; apply GAD principles in the quality assurance of learning resources; and address identified gender biases in learning resources.
2. School heads, LR coordinators, developers and quality assurance team members are strongly preferred to take the course. Participants are advised to self-enroll via DepEd Dasma OLS (https://lms.depeddasma.edu.ph/) using theirrespective DepEd email and enrollment key per cluster. Enrollment keys shall be sent to school LR coordinators which shall be disseminated to participants.
3. The online course which contains the following modules is designed for 5
days:
a. Module 1 – Gender Mainstreaming in Schools
b. Module 2 – Elements and Principles of Design in Instructional Materials
c. Module 3- Copyright Law
d. Module 4- The Quality Assurance Process
