1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum OM-OUOPS-2025-08-02959 re: Fourth Advisory for the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) CY 2025, the School Health and Nutrition Unit shall conduct a face-to-face meeting on July 7, 2025 (Monday), 2:00 PM at Sta. Cruz Elementary School Library.
2. Agenda of the said meeting are as follows:
a. Division Implementation;
b. Division Roles and Responsibilities;
c. School Roles and Responsibilities; and
d. Other Concerns.
3. The participants in this meeting are:
a. Public Schools District Supervisors;
b. Public Elementary School Heads; and
c. Public School Elementary School-Based Feeding Program Designates.
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increased Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. In addition, expenses incurred in participation to the meeting shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
