1. Pursuant to the Memorandum issued by the Office of the Secretary, signed by Epimaco V. Densing III, Undersecretary and Chief of Staff, dated December 5, 2022 re: Submission of Client/Citizen Satisfaction Survey CCSS Results For Fiscal Year 2022 anchored on Republic Act (RA) No. 11032 or An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services, which states that the result of the client satisfaction survey shall be submitted to the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Relative to Citizen’s Charter, all concerned units in this Division Office and public schools are hereby requested to answer the Google Form which links are provided therein.
2. In this regard, all schools are instructed to prepare the needed data and information regarding Citizen/Client Satisfaction Survey which are as follows:
