1. In line with the PCW Memo Circular No. 2019-001, s. 2019, this Division joins the entire nation in celebrating the 2019 National Women’s Month from March Ito 31, 2019 with the theme, “Women make Change.”
2. The Division Office will be holding a Kick-Off Program during the Flag Ceremony on Monday, March 4, 2019. All Schools are encouraged to include a short and simple program that will give a celebration primer among the students during Flag Ceremonies.
3. Schools are highly encouraged to hang posters, streamers, and tarpaulins, and to strengthen online advocacy campaigns by sharing educative videos and infographics using #WomenMakeChange and #SulongPaDasrnarineñas to increase public awareness of the celebration.
4. Schools are encouraged to initiate simple tribute to women through meaningful and creative strategies (e.g. women self-care and pampering hours, free wellness session).
5. All Personnel are encouraged to wear Purple Shirt on Monday, March 4, 2019, and on all Fridays of March under Purple Friday Initiative.
6. The highlight of the Division celebration is Breast Cancer Awareness Convention to be further detailed through a separate memorandum.

8. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Division/ School MOOE/GAD Fund subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
