1. In line with the goal of intensifying literacy and numeracy interventions as mandated under Republic Act No. 12028 and further strengthened through relevant issuances, particularly DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2025, this Office hereby deploys LSB Teachers and DOLE-GIP Tutors who shall serve as Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Tutors effective June 2026.
2. The engagement of these tutors shall provide targeted learning interventions, remediation, and academic support to learners identified through assessment results and teacher recommendations.
3. School Heads are requested to plot the class schedule following the relevant guidelines in class scheduling and teacher loading. They shall also oversee the deployment and engagement of ARAL Tutors and ensure that their assignments align with the objectives of the ARAL Program. They shall refer to DM 001, s.2026 for other relevant provisions.
4. The performance and attendance of ARAL Tutors shall be regularly monitored by designated school personnel (AO, ARAL Focal Person, School Head) to ensure accountability and program effectiveness.
5. Tutors shall maintain accurate records of learner participation, intervention activities, and progress, and shall submit the required reports within the prescribed timelines. Likewise, they shall observe existing DepEd policies, child protection standards, and ethical guidelines in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities.
6. Attached is the list of the tutors, including the nature of their engagement and school assignment.
