1. To strengthen literacy and reading proficiency among learners, DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON procured supplementary learning resources designed to support struggling readers in improving their reading skills. In this regard, CID-LRMS shall conduct a meeting on June 24, 2025, 1:30 PM at the Division Conference Room, 2nd Floor, CSDO Building.
2. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
3. Expenses that may be incurred in participation to this meeting may be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.
4. Enclosed to this Memorandum is the list of participants for the meeting.
5. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
