Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 449 s. 2023 titled Career Guidance Program (CGP) Curriculum Exits Tracking System for School Year (SY) 2022- 2023, this Division through the School Governance and Operations, hereby requests the assistance of all public secondary schools’ Guidance Counselors/Designates, Career Guidance Program (CGP) Advocates, Grade 12 Class Advisers, and Secondary Supreme Learner Government (SSLG) Teacher- Advisers and Officers to inform all their Senior High School (SHS) graduates SY 2022-2023 regarding the accomplishment of the Curriculum Exits Tracking System through the link below:
2. This data gathering activity aims to trace the 2023 Senior High School graduates and get a clear picture of the impact of the K to 12 Curriculum on their lives. Moreover, the findings will help the Department to assess which of the curriculum exits are being chosen by the graduates, that will serve as one of the bases of curriculum and policy reforms.
