1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No.016, s.2024 titled Administration of the Early Language Literacy, and Numeracy Assessment (ELLNA), National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 6, and National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 12 for School Year 2023-2024, this Office announces the conduct of onsite monitoring for ELLNA (Grade 3) from May 16-17, 2024.
2. In line with this, joint monitoring shall be conducted by the select Regional and Division Office personnel to ensure compliance of the testing centers with the provisions of the guidelines and monitor the compliance of schools with the mechanisms and standards, particularly on health and safety protocols.
3. Attached herewith is a copy of the monitoring tool, monitoring team, and their terms of reference.
