1. Pursuant to DM-OULS-2026-221 titled Pilot Administration of the Literacy and Numeracy Knowledge (LiNK) Tests, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the mandatory administration of the LiNK Tests to all Key Stage 4 learners in all public secondary schools offering Senior High School (SHS), and its pilot administration to Sampaloc Elementary School (Key Stages 1 and 2) and Salawag National High School (Key Stage 3).
2. The LiNK Tests is a harmonized diagnostic assessment system that enables clearer interpretation of learner performance across grade levels and comparability across assessments, providing more meaningful evidence to guide instruction and intervention.
3. For all participating schools, the LiNK Tests shall be administered in lieu of the Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA), Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IR% Rapid Math Assessment (RMA), and Senior High School Literacy and Numeracy Assessments (SHS LNA). It is understood that all non-participating schools shall continue administering CRLA, Phil-IRI, and RMA.
4. Access to the assessment toolkits for Key Stages 1 to 3 shall be granted by the Central Office to the registered school email address to uphold test integrity and ensure proper administration in accordance with established protocols on the use of assessment materials.
