1. Authority is hereby granted to Marites O. Manicio, EPS-Division ALS Focal Person, to conduct a meeting on May 20, 2024, 2:00-5:00 P.M. at ALS/SPED Building, 2nd floor, SPED room.
2. The meeting aims to discuss the following:
a. Preparation for 2024 ALS Moving up and Graduation Ceremony
b. Updates issues and concerns
c. Other matters
3. The participants to this meeting are the following:
a. Education Program Specialist for ALS
b. ALS Teachers
c. School ALS Coordinators
d. Community ALS Implementors
e. Service Providers and Partners
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
