1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 453 s. 2025, this Office through the Budget and Finance Unit, will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Preparation and Consolidation of FY2025 Mid-Year Financial Reports.
2. Participants to this activity are the Division Accountant, Division Budget Officer, Division Financial Staff, School Accountant and School Senior Bookkeeper. Participants are advised to bring their laptop and necessary documents for consolidation.
3. The activity will be held on July 3-4, 2025 at The Bayleaf Hotel, Gen. Trias City, Cavite. Attached to this Memorandum is the list of participants.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
