1. The field is hereby informed of the attached distribution of Graduation Medals (Secondary School) for School Year (SY) 2023-2024 procured by the City Government of Dasmariñas.
2. In this regard, all School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to proceed to the assigned location on their respective schedule. Furthermore, School Heads are likewise instructed to assign additional two (2) staff members to help the SPCs and provide transportation to expedite the receiving of such.
3. Other graduation supplies not included in this issuance shall be distributed once available. A separate memorandum shall be provided on such.
4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance on this Memorandum is desired.
