1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 09, s. 2026, titled Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2026-2027, and consistent with the Department of Education’s commitment to strengthening teacher professional development and ensuring the successful implementation of ongoing learning system reforms, the field is hereby directed to submit the School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Implementation Plan for School Year 2026-2027 on or before June 9, 2026 through their respective Public Schools District Supervisor via this link:

2. In view of the various educational reforms and transition initiatives being implemented this school year, schools shall utilize the SLAC as a strategic platform to deepen understanding, strengthen implementation, address emerging challenges, and share best practices related to instructional leadership and classroom practice.
3. The School SLAC Implementation Plan shall be aligned with school priorities
and may include, but shall not be limited to, the following focus areas:
3.1 Implementation of the Revised K to 10 Curriculum;
3.2 Transition to the Three-Term School Calendar;
3.3 ARAL, Learning Recovery, and Intervention Programs;
3.4 Assessment and Reporting Reforms;
3.5 Literacy and Numeracy Development Programs;
3.6 Inclusive Education and Learner Support Services;
3.7 Mapping and unpacking of Learning Competencies;
3.8 Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum;
3.9 Research, Innovation, and Action Research Initiatives; and
3.10 Other emerging policies, programs, and reform initiatives relative to curriculum implementation
