1. Pursuant to DM-OULS-2026-221 titled Pilot Administration of the Literacy and Numeracy Knowledge (LiNK) Tests, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the mandatory administration of the LiNK Tests to all Key Stage 4 learners enrolled in all private secondary schools offering Senior High School (SHS) for School Year 2026-2027.

2. The LiNK Tests is a harmonized diagnostic assessment system that enables clearer interpretation of learner performance across grade levels and comparability across assessments, providing more meaningful evidence to guide instruction and intervention.

3. For all participating Key Stage 4 private schools, the LiNK Tests shall be administered in lieu of the Senior High School Literacy and Numeracy Assessments (SHS LNA), which was first administered last March 2026 (End-of-School Year 2025-2026).
