2. Participants in this activity are the school coordinators in charge of the wellness campus program.
3. This Division grants service credit to the participants pursuant to DepEd Order
No. 53, s. 2005 entitled Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers. The participating teaching personnel shall submit to the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) the request for a grant of service credits with the necessary attachments. The approval of the said national service credit remains at the discretion of the SDS as the approving authority.
