1. Pursuant to ISO 9001:2015, specifically, clause 9.3, which requires periodic review of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the strategic directions of the SDO, and DM 14, s.2022, which requires the conduct of a Management Review at all governance levels within the department, this Office will hold a Quality Management Review on July 17, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Salawag National High School.
2. Presenters must prepare a PowerPoint presentation of their reports for the activity as mentioned above.
