1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 368 s. 2023 titled Notice of Vacancy for
Teacher II positions under Senior High School, this is to inform the field that the
schedule of Comparative assessment and Open ranking for all qualified applicants shall be held on August 18, 2023 at Room 3 (FBS Room), Building 20 of Senior High School Department – Dasmariñas Integrated High School, Brgy. Burol I, Dasmariñas City, Cavite from 9:00 AM onwards.
2. All applicants are advised to be at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled
time for a brief orientation.
3. During the said activities, the HRMPSB shall strictly adhere to the Equal
Employment Opportunity Principles under Division Order No. 80, s. 2020.
4. Attached are the members of the Division HRMPSB, who are authorized to
facilitate the said activity, and the Initial Evaluation Result bearing the application code of all qualified applicants.
5. In preparation for such the HRMPSB shall convene for a planning meeting on
August 16, 2023, 1:00 pm thru online platform which link will be provided 30 minutes before the activity.
6. Expenses incurred during the activities shall be charged against local funds
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
