1. Relative to DepEd Order 09, s. 2026, titled Guidelines on the Implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar in Basic Education, this Office reiterates the importance of strengthening instructional supervision and ensuring the effective implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar in all public schools to promote systematic monitoring of teaching and learning processes, with this, all supervisors, school heads, head teachers, and master teachers are hereby directed to prepare and submit a Monthly Instructional Supervisory Plan and Report aligned with the provisions of the Three-Term School Calendar.
2. As instructional leaders, they are expected to strategically plan, implement, and report the results of the supervisory activities that ensure quality teaching and improved learner outcomes throughout each term.
