1. Relative to the conduct of Preparation and Consolidation of FY 2025 Mid-Year Financial Report on July 03-04, 2025 at The Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias City, Cavite, this Office hereby informs the field that there will be no on-site transactions in OSDS-Budget and Finance Services.
2. In line with this, all concerned are advised that there shall be no physical transactions during the said schedule in the Budget and Finance Services. All official transactions shall proceed on alternative platforms such as, but not limited to, official online sites, phone calls, or coordinate with the Records Unit for the receiving of documents.
