1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 466, s. 2025 titled “Call for Applications for the 2026-2027 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program (Direct Application)” which offers scholarship opportunities for Filipinos to have ten months of non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States, the field is hereby informed and encouraged to participate.
2. Interested applicants must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the attached program brochure or at Fullbright Philippines website which may be accessed at: https://www.fullbright.org.ph/index.php/humphrey-fellowship-program. Applications with complete documentary requirements shall be submitted online through: https://apply.iie.org/huberthhumphrey on or before August 8, 2025.
