1. This Office would like to disseminate the following communications from the Office of the Director of the Bureau of Education Assessment:
a. Advisory dated May 16, 2024 re: Effectivity of the Results of the Special Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) 2023 held last December 10, 2023; and
b. Letter addressed to Atty. Alberto T. Escobarte, CESO II, Regional Director of the Department of Education-Region IV A CALABARZON dated May 17, 2024 re: Examinees without Test Results in the Special PEPT.
2. The following salient information from these communications are hereby disseminated and reiterated:
a. The effectivity of the special PEPT is within the School Year of 2023- 2024. The results of the PEPT can be utilized for placement in the subsequent School Year of 2024-2025 and in the following school years thereafter.
b. Examinees who have taken the Special PEPT at the same level as their current enrollment have the flexibility to choose which academic record they wish to use.
c. There are six (6) examinees from this Division with pending Certificate of Rating due to incomplete documents and requirements (i.e. No School Records, Questionable Age/Last Level). Schools of these examinees shall coordinate with the Division Testing Coordinator in charge of Special PEPT to provide the necessary documents.
