1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 19-147, entitled Submission of 2019-2020 Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) Elections Accomplishment Report, the field is hereby informed of the Online Submission of SPG and SSG Elections Accomplishment Report for SY 2019-2020 on or before March 22, 2019.
2. Accomplish the Online Division Consolidated Election Report (DCER) and attach the soft copy of Narrative Report at http://deped.in/dcer2019 or scan the QR CODE.
3. Narrative Report must:
a. be in Size A4;
b. be in Font size 12 and 1.5 space;
c. must have School Headings;
d. have 5-6 attached photos;
e. be in .pdf format; and
f. be signed with the SPG/SSG Adviser and School Head.
4. Enclosed herewith are the Regional Memorandum No. 19-147 entitled Submission of 2019-2020 Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) Elections Accomplishment Report.
