1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 109, s. 2026 titled CY 2026 School Building and Facilities Assessment, Hazard Mapping and DRRM – CSS Tool Monitoring dated February 3, 2026, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Education Facilities Units, would like to announce the results on the compliance of schools on the Comprehensive School Safety Framework as provided by DepEd Order No. 37, s. 2015 or the Comprehensive Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) in Basic Education Framework (see Enclosure No. 1).
2. In addition, Project HANDA: DepEd School Readiness 2026 underscores the school’s rating as a component of readiness in terms of addressed risks associated with its perennial hazards. The School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Team may refer to Enclosure No. 2 to improve on these metrics of safety.
