1. The field is hereby furnished with the guidelines of the 2023 Oplan Balik
Eskwela as stipulated in the enclosed DepEd Memorandum No. 048, s. 2023 titled 2023 Oplan Batik Eskwela. All public schools shall plan, establish, and implement mechanisms for the success of the opening of classes for SY 2023-2024 guided by the said issuance.
2. Furthermore, attached to this Memorandum are the reconstitution of Oplan
Balik Eskwela – Public Assistance Command Center (OBE-PACC) and the assigned monitors for the opening of classes for SY 2023-2024 for the reference of all schools concerned.
3. Monitoring tool for the school onsite visit on the opening of classes shall issued
in a separate memorandum.
