1. This is to inform the field of the meeting for Elementary School Teacher I Applicants included in the CAR-RQA S.Y. 2024-2025 (DM No. 428, s. 2024) on June 05, 2024 (Wednesday), from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at San Nicolas Elementary School – Covered Court, San Nicolas I, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite to discuss the process of hiring and deployment for the above-mentioned position.
2. Administrative Officer II/ Person-In-Charge of Hiring in each elementary school is required to attend the activity and shall inform the Applicants of the scheduled meeting.
3. Participation in this activity is a must.
4. Participants shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in the Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
5. Expenses incurred during the activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
