1. Pursuant to DepEd Order no.008, s. 2019 titled Implementing Guidelines on the Direct Release and Use of Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) Allocations of Schools, including other funds managed by schools, the field is hereby informed of the process flow for the submission, review and release of MOOE-funded Program of Works (see Enclosure no. 1) and the updated template effective on September 1, 2023 (see Enclosure no. 2)
2. The Program of Work which does not conform with the given template and/or with incomplete attachments shall not be processed and shall be returned to the school for revision and/or for compliance.
3. Moreover, below is the schedule of the submission and releasing of MOOE-funded Program of Works.
