1. In adherence to Regional Memorandum No. 382 s. 2024, this Office reiterates the importance and mandatory utilization of RO-procured Self-Learning Modules (SLMs) distributed to schools. As these SLMs serve as tools for independent learning and continuous educational delivery, all stakeholders are reminded of the following directives:
a. Ensure that all procured SLMs are delivered promptly to all learners;
b. Verify that each student can access the SLMs for their respective grade levels and subjects;
c. Teachers are required to integrate the SLMs into their lesson plans and instructional strategies
d. Utilize the SLMs as primary resources during blended and distance learning sessions;
e. Provide necessary guidance and support to students and parents on how to effectively use the SLMs for home study;
f. Division LR personnel and school heads should monitor the usage of SLMs and ensure adherence to this directive;
g. Regular feedback should be gathered from teachers, students, and parents regarding the effectiveness and challenges of using the SLMs;
h. Submit reports on the utilization and impact of the SLMs to the Division Office every quarter of the school year; and
i. Share best practices and successful strategies for utilizing the SLMs among teachers and schools.
