1. This is to inform the field of the meeting for Junior High School Teacher I Applicants included in the CAR-RQA S.Y. 2024-2025 (DM No. 429, s. 2024) on June 11, 2024 (Tuesday), from 8:30 AM onwards at San Nicolas Elementary School – Covered Court, San Nicolas I, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite to discuss the process of hiring and deployment for the above-mentioned position.
2. Senior High School Teacher I Applicants who scored fifty (50) points or higher in their Individual Evaluation Sheet (IES) are also required to attend the mentioned meeting.
3. Administrative Officer II/ Person-In-Charge of Hiring in each school is mandated to attend the activity and shall inform the Applicants of the scheduled meeting.
4. Participation in this activity is a must.
5. Participants shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in the Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
6. Expenses incurred during the activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
