1. Authority is hereby given to Dr. Jhonie Jeff I. Marquez, Public Schools District Supervisor and OIC-Education Program Supervisor, to preside over the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) – Dasmarinas Associate Council Chartering Consultation and Planning on June 19, 2024, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m., at Bulwagang Sigasig, Division of Dasmariñas.
2. The agenda of the consultation and planning meeting are as follows:
a. Discussion on the current state and status of the BSP Dasmariñas Associate Council Chartering Procedure
b. Developing actionable plans to implement, the composition of the executive committee, and other standing committees which will be presented to thc Local Government Unit of Dasmaritias
c. Assignment of Tasks for the Council Chartering Procedure Applications
