1. Relative to the unnumbered memorandum from the DepEd Regional Office IV-A dated May 19, 2026, this Division hereby announces the implementation of the M7X Earthquake Ready Program.
2. This initiative from the Department of Education Central Office through the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service aims to boost earthquake preparedness in schools, protect learners, teachers, non-teaching personnel, reduce risks to facilities and assets, and guarantee learning continuity amidst emergencies. Schools are likewise advised to go through Annex A and B for the Program Background and Scorecard Guidelines.
3. The mechanics of the M7X Earthquake Ready Program partake as a Scorecard and will be implemented through phases.
