1. Relative to Division Memorandum dated June 19, 2023, titled Annual Physical
and Dental Examination of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel, the field is
hereby informed that the Health and Nutrition Unit will set a separate date for
compliance of the teaching and non-teaching personnel who are not able to
complete their face-to-face Annual Physical and Dental Exam schedule in their
respective schools. Further they are advised to bring your health cards, complete
blood count results, and chest x-ray on the following dates and venue:
