1. Authority is hereby granted to Maricel A. Mendoza, Administrative Officer IV (HRMO), to conduct a meeting on June 14, 2024 (Friday), from 8:30 AM onwards at Bulwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
2. The agenda of this meeting is to reiterate the DepEd Memorandum No. 026 s. 2024 titled Computation of Public School Teachers’ Proportional Vacation Pay for School Year 2023-2024.
3. Participants are advised to bring with them a laptop, extension cord, list of teachers separated from the service, teachers with leave without pay for School Year 2023-2024 and copy of the DepEd Memorandum stated above.
4. All participants are reminded to present their accomplished Locator Slip before the start of the activity.
5. Furthermore, participants shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
