1. In reference to the request of the City Health Office and in response to the Regional Nutrition Council – CALABARZON’s concern over the 2024 baseline nutrition data for school-aged children, all elementary schools under this Division are hereby directed to support and assist in the revalidation of nutrition data for Calendar Year (CY) 2025 on July 09, 2025 onwards.
2. This initiative aims to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data on wasted, severely wasted, overweight, and obese learners and shall cover all 29 elementary schools.
