1. In compliance with Regional Memorandum No. 394, s. 2024 dated June 4, 2024 re: Distribution and Application of Corrective Stickers for Typographical Error in Mathematics Self-Learning Module, this Office requests the submission of a compliance report using the attached template to be submitted in the Property and Supply Unit not later than August 1, 2024, or upon completion of the application whichever is earlier.
2. Corrective stickers are readily available for pick up at Property and Supply Unit during working hours.
3. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
