1.Please be informed that there will be a Division Meeting on March 9, 2017 at Congressional National High School.
2.This is in preparation for the forthcoming Survey Monitoring of Selected School Effectiveness and Other DepEd Central Office-Led Programs for Non-LEAPS Areas In Randomly Selected Schools In Ten (10) Chosen Divisions Of The Region as indicated in the regional memorandum: DepEd-4A-RM-04-17-129.
3.The participants in this meeting are School Heads and school coordinator of the following Central Office-led programs:
a. Learning Action Cell (LAC)
b. Early Language Literacy and Numeracy (ELLN)
c. Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS)
d. Enhanced School Improvement Plan (E-SIP) and School Report Card (SRC)
e. School-Based Management (SBM)
f. School-to-School Partnership Program (SSPP)
g. Disadvantaged Learners
h. Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)
i. Child Protection j. External Partnership

4. The meeting for Clusters 1-5 participants will be at 8:00 AM up to 12:00 noon. The meeting will continue at 1:00 PM for Clusters 6 -10. Attendance is a must
5. Attached herewith is a copy of the Regional Memorandum DepEd-4A-RM-04- 17-129 for your perusal.
