1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 443 s. 2024, this office through the Education Facilities unit announces that the final venue for the conduct of the activity will be at STI College Dasmarinas – Function Hall.
2. Participants in this activity are the Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads and their respective School Physical Facilities Coordinators as stated in Enclosure 1.
3. Enclosure 2 provides the indicative program of activities.
4. Transportation cost of the participants may be charged against school local fund subject to availability and to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
5. All other provisions to the previous memorandum is still in effect.
6. All school heads are further instructed to implement necessary arrangement to ensure that no school operations shall be hampered by their participation in consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
