1. Pursuant to D.O No. 005, s. 2024 titled Rationalization of Teachers Workload in Public Schools and Payment of Teaching Overload and D.O No. 002 s. 2024 titled Immediate Removal of Administrative Tasks of Public School Teachers the authority is hereby given to the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent to conduct Policy Orientation for DepEd Order No. 005, s. 2024 on June 24, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Dasmarinas II Central School.
2. Participants in the activity are the Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads, School Administrative Officer II, Division HRMO, Budget Officer, Accountant and Planning Officer. STRICTLY, NO PROXY IS ALLOWED.
3. Travel and incidental expenses relative to this activity shall be charged to local funds of the offices of the participants. All expenses are subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. Furthermore, the participants shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in the Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 202 1 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
