1. In preparation for the 2024 National Schools Press Conference and the 2024 National Festival of Talents, trainers and coaches are requested to conduct an intensive training for the national qualifiers from July 1 to July 5, 2024.
2. Parental consent allowing the learners to attend the training must be secured.
3. Transportation costs of the participants attending this training shall be charged against local funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. Teaching personnel who will render service during this training shall be entitled to service credits in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003, titled “Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers.”
5. Supervisors in charge of journalism are likewise requested to monitor the training.
