1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 288, s. 2025 titled 2025 Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Olympics dated April 11, 2025, this Division invites learners, learner-led clubs and organizations and schools to participate in the division-wide competition to be held in observance of the National Disaster Resilience Month 2025 aptly called DasmaTikas: Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response Skills Challenge at the Senior High School Grounds, Emmanuel Resurreccion Congressional Integrated High School, Poinsettia St. Via Verde Village, Brgy. San Agustin II, Dasmariñas City, Cavite on July 26, 2025 from 06:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.
2. The activity aims to intensify the department’s effort to provide learners with knowledge, capacity and education during disasters, crises, or emergencies that will ultimately upgrade resilience. Furthermore, this is a way to showcase our learners’ ability to respond in an emergency and engage in firefighting that may open up to them as a career choice.
3. Learners, learner-led clubs or organizations and schools are advised to comprise a team of thirteen (13) members with one (1) coach per school cluster/district as learner-participants. The coach of each team shall accomplish the Pre-Registration on behalf of the learner-participants. It is also expected that the coach shall upload the learner-participant’s Parental Consent (Enclosure No. 3) and its roster (Enclosure No. 4) through the link below on or before July 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.:
