1. Pursuant to Republic Act 11358 or the “National Vision Screening Act” and DM-OUOPS-2024-09-056131 titled “Training of Trainers for the National Vision Screening Program”, City Schools Division of Dasmarinas thru the Health and Nutrition Unit will conduct a Consultative Meeting re: Division Implementation of the National Vision Screening Program.
2. Participants of the abovementioned meeting are the Curriculum Implementation Division Chief, School Governance and Operations Division Chief, Education Program Supervisor – Kinder, School Head of Dr. Jose P. Rizal Elementary School, Medical Officer III and the Division Vision Screening Program Coordinator.
3. The meeting will be held on July 22, 2025 at the CSDO Conference Room at 2:00 pm.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
