1. In line with the Department’s commitment to ensuring quality of teaching and learning, authority is hereby granted to the Education Program Supervisors of all learning areas, except Science and MAPEH, to conduct an online meeting on July 03, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. The meeting links shall be disseminated through the respective learning area group chats and through the Public Schools District Supervisors. The meeting for MAPEH Head Teachers and Key Teachers shall be conducted separately on July 10, 2026.
2. To ensure uninterrupted delivery of instruction, participants shall attend the meeting according to the following schedule:
• 10:00 A.M- Teachers assigned to the afternoon shift
• 1:00 P.M- Teachers assigned to the morning shift
3. The meeting shall cover the following agenda:
a. Revised K to 10 Curriculum Implementation
b. Policies and Guidelines on Lesson Planning, Instruction, and Assessments
c. Preparation for Upcoming Division, Regional and National Competitions
d. Other Subject Area-Specific Matters
4. To facilitate an orderly discussion during the meeting, participants are encouraged to submit their questions, concerns, and clarifications in advance
