1. Pursuant to Regional Unnumbered Memorandum dated September 4, 2023 titled Participants in the Focus Group Discussion for Learner Assessment Framework Site Visit, this Division would participate in the site visit for Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on September 13, 2023 at Buiwagan ng Karangalan, Cainta, Rizal, from 8:30am onwards.
2. The FGD will focus on the updates and status of assessment-related activities implemented in the Region and selected Schools Division Offices (SDO5). This aims to provide a clear picture of how the various assessments complement each other in terms of purpose, measures of learning, and data used for policy, planning, teaching, and learning.
3. To represent our Division, the following school-based personnel are requested to attend the FGD:
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Expenses relative to this activity such as transportation of the participants shall be charged against local funds while food shall be charged against Regional Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
