1. In line with the Department of Education’s commitment to developing competent, informed, and service-oriented personnel, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas hereby institutionalizes Dunong Dasma as the official onboarding program for all newly-hired teaching and non-teaching personnel in the Division.
2. The program aims to provide newly appointed personnel with a comprehensive orientation on the Department’s mandate, organizational structure, policies, systems, procedures, workplace culture, and professional expectations through a standardized, self-paced Learning Management System (LMS).
3. This Memorandum shall apply to all newly appointed permanent, provisional, contractual, substitute, and non-teaching personnel assigned to the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas beginning upon the effectivity of this Memorandum.
4. The program shall be delivered through the Division’s Learning Management System (Moodle), allowing participants to complete the learning modules at their own pace within the prescribed completion period of two weeks up to a maximum of one (1) month. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the implementation details.
5. This Memorandum shall take effect immediately upon issuance and shall remain in force unless otherwise amended, revised, or repealed.
