1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 14, s. 2022, titled The DepEd Quality Management Manual and Procedures and Work Instruction Manual, and in alignment with the function of the Knowledge Management Team (KMT) to implement Organization Knowledge Procedure and Documented Information Management Procedure, the KMT performs processing, registration, review, approval, and distribution of documents such as quality control plans, forms and templates relevant to the implementation of unit processes and frontline services as well as organizations of records. In addition to this, other crucial activities involves knowledge development, knowledge conveyance and transformation, knowledge retention, outdated/invalid knowledge handling which are vital to the organization.

2. In this regard, this division thru KMT, shall conduct a review and updating of documents, filing system and inventory of records and orientation on the features, functions and usage of the Less Paper System adopted from the Schools Division of Imus City in collaboration with the Records Unit and ICT Unit of this division.

3. The activity for Day 1 (July 29, 2025) will focus on the orientation for the implementation of Less Paper System, which will be in hybrid modality (face-to-face for selected SDO personnel and via MS Teams for other SDO personnel and school Records Custodians and Liaison Officers). Moreover, the Day 2 (July 30, 2025) will be a face-to-face activity only for SDO Unit Document Controllers and Records Custodians on the review and updating of documents, filing system and inventory of records. Attached is the List of Participants and Programme/ Schedule of Activity. If the participant on the list cannot attend the face-to-face activity, Unit Heads are advised to send another representative from their office.
