1. Relative to the conduct of Gawad Teodora Alonso 2023 or the fifth edition of
the National Competition on Storybook Writing, authority is hereby granted to the Education Program Supervisor in Learning Resource Management Leylanie Adao to conduct a virtual meeting on September 19, 2023, Tuesday, 9:00-11:00 AM via Zoom. Participants to this meeting are public elementary, junior, and senior high school heads.
2. Agenda of this meeting shall include the official guidelines, mechanics,
qualifications, required documents, and essential standards for each category.

Attendance is a must.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Hence, concerned teachers are advised to coordinate class schedules so contact time will not be affected.
