1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2017 titled Research Management
Guidelines which suggests that the Division may organize research conferences to
gather education researchers to share their research findings to promote evidence- based decision making to inform planning and program development, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas hereby informs the field on the conduct of the 9th City of Dasmariñas Research Educators’ Assembly (CDREAM) on November 23- 24, 2023 with the theme “Resilient Education Recovery: Addressing Learning Loss and Gaps through Research”.
2. The conference aims to:
a) strengthen and promote research practices in schools and Schools Division
Office in addressing gaps, improving curriculum, and cultivating good governance;
b) establish the significance of research in the pursuit of quality education and sustainable development;
c) utilize research results to inform and develop plans, programs, and activities in the Division;
d) showcase emerging trends and techniques in educational research; and
e) recognize outstanding basic and action research papers in the Division.
3. In this regard, this Office announces the call for abstracts (see Enclosure 1)
for paper and poster presentation. Submission shall be made through this link: https://bit.ly/9thCDREAM-Abstract-Submission from September 20 to October 31, 2023.
