1. To assist school learning resource coordinators in the management of learning resources, the CID-Learning Resource Management Section, developed a Division Learning Resource Management (LRM) Guidebook. This guidebook details the development, quality assurance, and utilization of learning resources across existing, platforms such as print, learning management system, and integrated library system.
2. Relative to this, CID-LRMS shall conduct a field validation on July 15-19, 2024 to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the developed guidebook. The guidebook shall be evaluated by selected school heads, LR coordinators, library-in-charge, and property custodians.
3. Authority is hereby granted to the Education Program Supervisor in Learning Resource Management Leylanie Adao to conduct a virtual meeting on July 12, 2024, Friday, 10:00-11:00 AM via Microsoft Teams (https://bit.ly/LRMeeting071224) to discuss the accomplishment the field validation tool and access to the initial draft of the guidebook. Participants to this meeting are school LR coordinators and library-incharge.
