1. Relative to the Memorandum No. OM-OUOPS-2026-04-00244 from the Office of the Undersecretary for Governance and Operations dated March 31, 2026 titled “Implementing Guidelines on the Allocation, Downloading, Utilization, Documentation, Monitoring and Reporting of the Disaster Preparedness and Response Program (DPRP) Funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026”, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, hereby announces the conduct of the Division Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Mid-Year Conference titled Pamantayan 2026 from July 21 via Microsoft Teams and July 22-23, 2026 at Playa Montana, Brgy. Pagkilatan, Batangas City.
2. The activity aims to facilitate the orientation on the M7X Earthquake Ready Program for the Greater Metro Manila Area, crafting of enhanced contingency plans through Plan Smart for Safe Schools and highlight Pillar 1 Guidebook: Safer Learning Facilities.
3. Enclosed to this Memorandum is the List of Participants and Technical Working Group and the Program Matrix.
4. Travel expenses and other incidental expenses incurred by attendees shall be charged to local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
